Natural Store Cafe

The cafe is on the second floor of the building, with an impressive bank of windows facing the harbour. Our task was to entice the customer upstairs, to continue the personality of the shop but separate the experience enough to make it relaxing. Space-wise, we needed to maximise the seating capacity and somehow incorporate valuable stock room storage. From a blank slate, we created a wraparound banquette that doubled as storage, making sure every table had a good experience of the view.
